Jim Daniels, Jr.

Chairman of the Board

Growing up around the construction industry, Jim’s introduction to construction started with hands on field experience. He began his career at Daniels and Daniels Construction Company, Inc. in 1980, after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jim became President of the company in 1992 upon the retirement of Jim Daniels Senior. Jim is a lifelong member of Daniels Memorial United Methodist Church where he has served on numerous church committees. He contributes to his community as a Board member of the Wayne County Development Alliance. An avid supporter of the Boys Scouts of America, Jim served the Tuscarora Council as President of the Executive Board from 2004 to 2006 and received the Council’s Silver Beaver Award in 2007. In addition, Jim was honored as the Tuscarora Council’s Distinguished Citizen of the year in 2014.

Jeff Daniels

President / CEO

Jeff began his career with Daniels & Daniels in 1984. He has served as Estimator, Project Manager, Vice President, Executive Vice President and currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a Construction Option from North Carolina State University. Jeff is a member of Daniels Memorial United Methodist Church where he serves as Chairman of the Finance Committee. He has served on various committees with the Carolinas Association of General Contractors and is currently serving on the Select Bank and Trust Goldsboro Advisory Board.

Jeremiah Daniels

Vice President of Business Development

Jeremiah Daniels represents the third generation of the Daniels family working with his company. He has worked in the construction industry since 1998 and began his management career with Daniels and Daniels in 2005. Jeremiah currently serves as Vice President of Business Development, and has served the majority of his career in project management and field operations.  Jeremiah earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University (ECU) in Greenville, NC. He received the ECU Top 40 Under 40 Leadership Award, and was inducted into the Class of 2018.  Jeremiah is the chairman of the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee. He also serves as a commissioner of the North Carolina Military Affairs Commission. A lifelong Scouter and Eagle Scout, Jeremiah currently serves on the Executive Board of the Tuscarora Council Boy Scouts of America.

Damon Jones

Chief Operating Officer

Damon Jones has worked in the construction industry since 1982. He joined the Daniels and Daniels team on January of 2003 and has served as an estimator, project manager, chief estimator and the Vice President of Administration. Damon currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for Daniels and Daniels and manages the day to day operations of Daniels and Daniels. Damon holds Degrees in Business Administration from City Colleges of Chicago and Computer/Information Systems Management from the Community Colleges of the Air Force; both degrees were completed while serving in the United States Air Force. Damon has worked in Project Management and Estimating since 1993. Damon is a LEED Accredited Professional and a NCCER Certified Instructor. Damon serves on the Advisory Committee for the North Carolina Military Business Center. Damon is also a member of the NC Bar Association/Carolinas AGC Joint Committee as well as the UNC-State Construction Office/Carolinas AGC Joint Committee.

William Royall

Vice President of Design-Build Services

William D. Royall came to work as a project manager and estimator with Daniels and Daniels Construction in 1992.  Today he serves the company’s executive leadership ranks as Vice President of Design-Build Services.  He holds an Associate of Applied Science in Drafting and Design from Wayne Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University (ECU).  Bill is a NCCER Certified Instructor as well as a LEED AP BD+C.  He is a former member of the Carolinas AGC Project Supervision Education Committee, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Goldsboro-Wayne Habitat for Humanity affiliate.
