Growing up around the construction industry, Jim’s introduction to construction started with hands on field experience. He began his career at Daniels and Daniels Construction Company, Inc. in 1980, after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jim became President of the company in 1992 upon the retirement of Jim Daniels Senior. Jim is a lifelong member of Daniels Memorial United Methodist Church where he has served on numerous church committees. He contributes to his community as a Board member of the Wayne County Development Alliance. An avid supporter of the Boys Scouts of America, Jim served the Tuscarora Council as President of the Executive Board from 2004 to 2006 and received the Council’s Silver Beaver Award in 2007. In addition, Jim was honored as the Tuscarora Council’s Distinguished Citizen of the year in 2014.
Jeff began his career with Daniels and Daniels in 1984 as a project manager/estimator. He was named Vice President in 1992 and currently serves as Executive Vice President. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a Construction option from North Carolina State University. Jeff is a member of Daniels Memorial United Methodist Church where he serves as Chairman of the Finance Committee. He has served on various committees with the Carolinas Association of General Contractors and is currently serving on the Select Bank and Trust Goldsboro Advisory Board.
Jeremiah Daniels represents the third generation of the Daniels family working with the company. He has worked in the construction industry since 1998 and began his management career with Daniels and Daniels in 2005. Jeremiah currently serves as Vice President of Operations and is responsible for project management, field operations, and safety. Jeremiah received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University (ECU) in Greenville, NC, and is a LEED AP BD+C. Jeremiah is an Honorary Commander and steering committee member of the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee. He also serves as a commissioner of the North Carolina Military Affairs Commission, and serves on the Executive Board of the Tuscarora Council Boy Scouts of America.
Damon Jones has worked in the construction industry since 1982. Damon currently serves as Vice President of Administration for Daniels and Daniels and manages all marketing, business development, estimating, accounting and administrative services. Damon holds Degrees in Computer Systems Management and Business Administration which he received while serving in the United States Air Force. Damon has worked in Project Management and Estimating since 1993. Damon is a Certified, US Army Corps of Engineers Quality Control Manager. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a NCCER Certified Instructor. Damon serves on the Advisory Committee for the North Carolina Military Business Center. Damon is also a member of the NC Bar Association/Carolinas AGC Joint Committee as well as the UNC-State Construction Office/Carolinas AGC Joint Committee.
William D. Royall came to work as a project manager and estimator with Daniels and Daniels Construction in 1992. Today he serves the company’s executive leadership ranks as Vice President of Design-Build Services. He holds an Associate of Applied Science in Drafting and Design from Wayne Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University (ECU). Bill is a NCCER Certified Instructor as well as a LEED AP BD+C. He is a former member of the Carolinas AGC Project Supervision Education Committee, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Goldsboro-Wayne Habitat for Humanity affiliate.
