Jeff Daniels

President / CEO

Jeff began his career with Daniels & Daniels in 1984. He has served as estimator, project manager, vice president, executive vice president and currently serves as president and chief executive officer. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a Construction Option from North Carolina State University. He has served on various committees with the Carolinas Association of General Contractors and is currently serving on the Select Bank and Trust Goldsboro Advisory Board.

Jeremiah Daniels

Vice President

Jeremiah Daniels represents the third generation of the Daniels family working with Daniels & Daniels Construction Company. He has worked in the construction industry since 1998 and began his management career with Daniels and Daniels in 2005. Jeremiah currently serves as Vice President of Business Development, and has served the majority of his career in previous positions in Operations and Project Management.

Jeremiah earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University (ECU) in Greenville, NC.  He received the ECU Top 40 Under 40 Leadership Award, and was inducted into the Class of 2018.

Jeremiah is a steering committee member of the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee, and has served as Chairman. He also served as a Commissioner of the North Carolina Military Affairs Commission from 2014 to 2018.  A lifelong Scouter and Eagle Scout, Jeremiah currently serves on the Executive Board of the Tuscarora Council Boy Scouts of America.

Katie Daniels Williams

Vice President of Corporate Development

Katie Williams began working in the construction industry as an intern pursuing her construction engineering degree from NC State.  Upon graduation, she worked as a project manager in Greensboro for several years before moving home and joining her father, uncle and cousin in the family business.  Katie received her MBA from Elon University in 2017.  She is actively involved in the community and serves as the Board President for Habitat for Humanity of Goldsboro-Wayne, sits on the Chamber of Commerce Board of Regents and participates in the Taste of Wayne event each year.  Katie is also involved in the AIA/AGC Joint Committee through the Carolinas AGC.  She enjoys working in the family business and continues to pursue growth and development within the business.  Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors.

William P. Barnes III, CPA

Chief Finance Officer

William Barnes is the Chief Financial Officer at Daniels & Daniels, where he manages the company’s finances.  Prior to Daniels & Daniels, Will spent six years in accounting roles in the distribution industry at Pate Dawson Company. Will also spent five years in tax preparation at SBS Accounting.  Outside of work, Will is a member of The First Pentecostal Holiness Church and enjoys reading and spending time with his family. Will received his BS in Accounting and MSA from East Carolina University.

William Royall

Vice President of Design-Build Services

William D. Royall came to work as a project manager and estimator with Daniels and Daniels Construction in 1992.  Today he serves the company’s executive leadership ranks as vice president of Design-Build Services.  He holds an Associate of Applied Science in Drafting and Design from Wayne Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University (ECU).  Bill is a NCCER Certified Instructor as well as a LEED AP BD+C.  He is a former member of the Carolinas AGC Project Supervision Education Committee, and currently serves on the board of directors for the Goldsboro-Wayne Habitat for Humanity affiliate.
