An Estimator must prepare cost estimates for construction projects for purposes of bidding on or determining the cost/price of a project; retain quality subcontractors; and complete accurate project take-offs.

Qualifications

• Completed college level construction management program or experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Preferred knowledge of Timberline Estimating software
• Highly motivated and capable of working independently and managing time
• Willing to travel throughout Eastern North Carolina for pre-bids.
