Daniels and Daniels secures many of our projects through the traditional design-bid-build delivery system. In this method, the contractor receives a set of design drawings and specifications from an owner and is responsible for proposing a lump sum price and schedule for completing the project. Our estimating department has more than a half-century of experience analyzing project documents, preparing construction take offs, implementing value engineering solutions, and providing competitive bids for industry.

Our estimating department facilitates and delivers estimates that seamlessly integrate with our scheduling, project management, and accounting systems using the Sage Timberline Office suite of construction management tools. This ensures your project will reflect the quality we strive to deliver from initial estimate to completion.
