In the early 2000s, our leadership saw an ever increasing need in the marketplace for more comprehensive services. Developing out of our team’s Design/Build experience, Daniels and Daniels began to offer a full line of project development services. Over the last decade, the company has researched, procured, developed, and now manages many properties and building facilities across eastern North Carolina.
