The new 30,000 square-foot building will bring all of the college’s automotive and collision repair classrooms, bays, work rooms, and offices under one roof. Daniels and Daniels has been selected as the General Contractor for the renovation and addition of the Fuquay Varina Arts Center.  The project team greeted an overwhelming number of community members on Friday, March 24th at the Groundbreaking Ceremony.  We are grateful to be working on a project with such strong support from the Mayor, City Manager, Arts Council Committee members, and the Fuquay Varina residents themselves.  Bill Royall, who has a personal interest himself in the arts, is excited to be serving as Project Manager on the job. The scope of the project includes a full renovation of the existing two story 11,000 sqft. arts center as well as a 7,000 sqft. addition.  The new arts center will feature a state of the art performance theater with a capacity of over 500 people.  Additional features include: a large rehearsal space that will be visible to street pedestrians, backstage areas, dressing rooms, a green room, administrative offices, concession stand, and an art gallery to support local artists.  The project is scheduled to be complete by May of 2018. Winders Detention Center in December of 2016.  Having been a part of the Wayne County community for over 50 years, many of our staff had the pleasure of knowing Sheriff Winders and understand the impact he made to Goldsboro and the surrounding areas.  Our company was honored to be able to bring this project to fruition for the County, as well as, the Winders family.  The family cut the ribbon at the opening of the detention center this January.
