This is a design build construction project for the Advanced Manufacturing Center Renovations at Wayne Community College. The project consists of a renovation and expansion of existing welding program spaces, renovation of instructional lab, renovation of lobby areas, and the addition of an accessible restroom in the Hocutt building on the campus of Wayne Community College. Daniels & Daniels Construction is re-soliciting for public bid Several Divisions for the Wayne Community College Advanced Manufacturing Center Renovations project. Sealed proposals will be received until 1:30pm on December 29, 2020 at Wayne Community College, ATTN: Jeremiah Daniels at 3000 Wayne Memorial Drive, Walnut Building Room 101, Goldsboro, NC 27534, at which time and place, bids will be opened and read virtually. The bids may be mailed to Daniels & Daniels and received no later than December 28, 2020 in a separate envelope marked with your trade to 178 NC HWY 111 South, Goldsboro, NC 27534.
