James Daniels

James N. Daniels, Jr. — President

Growing up around the construction industry, Jim's introduction to construction was through hands on field experience. He began his career at Daniels and Daniels Construction Co. in 1980, after having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jim became involved in estimating and project management in 1985, and in 1992, was elected President of the company. His service to the community has included serving on various boards such as the Goldsboro-Wayne Committee of 100 and the Wayne County Development Alliance. As an avid supporter of the Boy Scouts of America, Jim served the Tuscarora Council as President of the Executive Board for three years and was a recipient of the Council's Silver Beaver Award. He has also served as a member of the Carolinas AGC American Institute of Architects (AIA)/Association of General Contractors (AGC) Joint Committee.

Charles Daniels

Charles J. Daniels — Vice President/Treasurer

Beginning his work in construction project management and estimating in 1984, Charles J. Daniels currently serves the Daniels and Daniels Construction Company’s leadership team as Vice President and Treasurer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Construction Option from North Carolina State University (NCSU). Jeff has served as a member of the AGC/State Construction Joint Committee. Prior to Daniels and Daniels, he worked as a field engineer with Daniel International Corporation.

Lori Kaglic

Lori Kaglic — Corporate Secretary/Office Manager

Lori Kaglic, Daniels and Daniels Construction Company’s Corporate Secretary and Office Manager, is a standing member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). She studied business at Hamilton Business College in Mason City, Iowa, and for over six years was an Accounting Supervisor for ADT. Lori is an integral part of the Daniels and Daniels’ leadership team, and has been with the company since 1985.

William Royall

William D. Royall — Vice President of Project Management

William D. Royall came to work as a project manager and estimator with Daniels and Daniels Construction in 1992. Today he serves the company's executive leadership ranks as Vice President of Project Management. He holds an Associate of Applied Science in Drafting and Design from Wayne Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University (ECU). Bill is a NCCER Certified Instructor as well as a LEED AP BD+C. He is a member of the Carolinas AGC Project Supervision Education Committee, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Wayne County Habitat for Humanity.

Louis D'Arco

Louis D’Arco — Project Manager

Louis has worked in the construction industry since 1983. In 1998, he began working with Daniels and Daniels as a project manager. Originally from the New York area, Louis studied at Suffolk Community College in Suffolk, NY and at the State University of New York (SUNY) in Farmingdale, NY where he received an Associate in Science. He is a LEED AP BD+C.

David Ellis

David Paul Ellis — Project Manager

David Paul Ellis joined the Daniels and Daniels Project Management team after working five years as Project Engineer at Hunt Construction in Phoenix, Arizona. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina and is a Sigma Lambda Chi international construction honor society member. Paul brings a wide variety of experience to Daniels and Daniels construction, with hands-on experience working on such varied projects as the W Hotel in Scottsdale, and renovations and additions to the America West Arena. Paul is a LEED AP BD+C.

Jeremiah Daniels

Jeremiah J. Daniels — Project Manager

Jeremiah Daniels represents the third generation of the Daniels family working with the company. He has worked in the construction industry since 1998 and began his management career with Daniels and Daniels in 2005. Jeremiah received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University (ECU) in Greenville, NC. He is a Certified United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Quality Control Manager, and is a LEED AP BD+C. Jeremiah is an Honorary Commander of the Seymour Johnson AFB Military Affairs Committee, and serves on the Executive Board for the Tuscarora Council Boy Scouts of America.

Paul Parker

Paul O. Parker — Project Manager

Paul Parker has worked in the construction industry since 1986 and is currently part of our Project Management Team. Paul grew up in the construction industry and learned his skills from hands-on experience and by mentoring from seasoned construction company owners as well as being a former construction company owner himself. He has studied at Johnston Technical College, held NC General Contractors License since 1993, is Army Corps of Engineers Quality Control Management Certified, accredited LEED Green Associate, and also holds a US Patent.

Damon Jones

Damon J. Jones — Director of Business Development

Damon Jones has worked in the construction industry since 1982. Damon currently serves as Director of Business Development for Daniels and Daniels. Damon holds an Associates Degree in Computer Systems Management, and has worked in Project Management and Estimating since 1993. Damon received his degree while serving in the United States Air Force, and he is a Certified, US Army Corps of Engineers Quality Control Manager. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a NCCER Certified Instructor. Damon serves on the Board of Directors for the Wayne County Chapter of the American Red Cross, as well as the Advisory Committee for the North Carolina Military Business Center.

Glenn Plummer

Glenn S. Plummer — Safety Director/CIO

Glenn S. Plummer has worked in the construction industry since 1995, and is currently the Safety Director at Daniels and Daniels Construction. Glenn holds a Manager of Environmental Safety and Health certificate, OSHA 500 Trainer Course Certification, NCCER Core Curricula Instructor as well as an AGC Total Safety Performance Instructor certification. Prior to joining Daniels and Daniels, Glenn's construction experience includes project management and estimating. Glenn studied Computer Drafting at Genesee College in Batavia, New York.
